Are your workshops cancelled because of COVID-19?


In mid-March 2020, the Federal Government announced nation-wide restrictions to non-essential gatherings to stop the spread of COVID-19. As a result of these mandatory restrictions, our workshops have ceased operation. Bookings made via Eventbrite, Class Bento, Groupon and Facebook have been refunded, or postponed.




Can I get a refund for my booking or home kit?


According to our refund policy, we cannot accept change of mind returns for our home kits. This is to ensure we meet safety and hygiene requirements and do our part to keep our community safe.

All bookings made for our workshops may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the event. If your tickets have been purchased through a third party, you may contact them to make a cancellation or refund.




Can I change my booking?


Yes, you may contact us to make any changes to your booking.




Do your lamps come with consumer warranties?


The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) requires businesses to provide consumer guarantees for most consumer goods and services they sell. The law requires all of our products and services to comply with these consumer guarantees. Aside from statutory protections, all of our lamps and products come with a 12-month warranty.
